Wonderful stay, the back yard is amazing, lots for the kids to do, the pool is clean and well kept, outdoor movie theater was a hit with the kids and fully stocked s'mores available as well. The house fit our family perfectly. We will definitely be back for another stay. Highly recommend. Thank you Wesley and Abby for taking such great care of us while on our family vacation!

We had a great time. We celebrated Christmas with our kids and grandkids here. There was lots to do. We enjoyed ping pong, foosball, hot tubbing, mini golf, roasting s'mores and the outdoor projector. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Excited to come back when it is pool season.

We loved all the amenities this home provides and the hosts were wonderful. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making this home comfortable for all who stay here. We appreciated their attention to detail and prompt responses anytime we needed them. We are so happy we were able to stay here.

Abby and Wesley were superb hosts. They are very thorough and responsive in their communication. The home is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the things that you would need to host your family while staying in their home. We stayed during a cold front and couldn't enjoy the backyard amenities as much as we had hoped, but they were very accommodating and helpful getting the spa warmed up. I would highly recommend this location and them as hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at this Frisco home! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The backyard was a highlight -- the heated pool and hot tub were amazing, and we loved relaxing by the fire pit. The mini golf course was such a fun bonus, and the ping-pong table and foosball kept everyone entertained. Inside, the home was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made the stay feel extra special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Frisco Waves and Fairways was amazing! The house was very well supplied with everything we needed during our stay. So much to do! Probably one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Would highly recommend!

What a great stay! The backyard was enjoyable and full of fun. The house had so many amenities that other Airbnbs have not had in the past. If we needed any communication with Wesley we received immediate response! 10/10 recommend!

A wonderful host with a great property! If you're looking for that special place that has everything you need to entertain multiple generations in one spot, this is it. Instead of spending time in the car getting to somewhere fun, we had it all right out the back door. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 had a good time. We recommend this home to all guests. The home amenities and location were great for what we needed, especially with children. The house is clean and you can see the attention to detail with guests in mind. The hosts Abby and Wes are hospitable, sincere and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We will return in the future.

This house was fantastic with top-notch amenities. The backyard was especially impressive -- fully equipped with everything you could want for entertainment and relaxation. Thank you for the amazing stay. The home was perfect for our family, which included 5 grandchildren ages 2-9. The home was cozy and well laid out. Our host was very responsive and friendly. The outside space was absolutely incredible and lent to fun days swimming and playing. The area was good as well and conveniently located to everywhere we went. Thank you for the great stay!

We always enjoy a location with an experience. My daughter and family now live in Frisco and have 3 young children. The accommodations were perfect and we felt at home. The outside area kept both young and old busy and engaged with a heated spa for swimming and relaxing as well as regular competition on the putting greens. The fire pit was used twice and outdoor TV allowed movies and football games over Thanksgiving weekend. Grilling with the Blackstone grill was efficient for hotdogs and burgers. It may be a bit more than we wanted to spend but it was definitely worth it. Memories made!

This place is stellar. We had a group of guys ages 30-50 out for a bachelor weekend, and we all enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Everything was easy to find and/or labeled. The backyard is definitely the highlight of this house. Even with all the amenities in the backyard, nothing ever felt cramped. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their activity and there's plenty to enjoy. The hosts were quick to respond with clear and helpful answers every time. Everyone in our group would love to return with their families. Great stay and highly recommended!

Such a fun Airbnb! This was the perfect place for our family to stay. Indoors is very nice and clean but the backyard steals the show! Great pool/hot tub, lots of seating/outdoor tables, fire pit with s'mores supplied by hosts and the coolest part: mini golf! We had lots of fun things planned throughout our day to explore Texas but we always looked forward to going back to the Airbnb for family time outdoors. Hosts are very responsive. Worth the stay. Will easily be back!

We had a fantastic time spending much needed time with friends. We spent several days just hanging out by the pool and cooking. We had everything we needed! Wesley and Abby were very responsible, kind, and helpful. We really enjoyed this place and will probably be back.

We stayed here for a Christmas weekend with our kids and grand-babies. It was way better than we expected. The house was perfect and beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were able to get the pool heated and it was a big hit getting to swim at Christmas. The s'mores by the fire pit while watching The Grinch will always be a special memory for our kiddos. The putt putt golf course was played over and over. The outside table was perfect for the grandbabies to play with their play dough and fossil digs. The ping pong table and foosball table got a lot of use as well. The beds were comfy. Loved having TVs in all rooms. Loved having a high chair and crib available for the baby. The hosts were amazing and answered all questions and were available to us the entire weekend! It was truly an amazing home and we had the most special weekend there with our family. Thank you so much!

The house was great! It was clear that they went to great length to try and provide their guests with everything they would need during their stay. There is plenty to do in the Frisco area but there is also plenty to do without leaving the house. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this one was by far the best equipped.

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The back yard was more than we'd imagined with the pool, mini golf setup and other amenities. It was perfect for our family and my son even had a few friends over one afternoon to hang out and they had a great time. The organization of the home and backyard was the best I'd ever seen in an Airbnb. Would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and comfortable house... nicely appointed and apparently newly remodeled. Worked well for our family. The best part is the backyard and pool. The colored lighting in the pool after dark was pretty for the adults after the kids went to bed, so we all enjoyed it!

It was an amazing place. We have enjoyed every minute of it. The house and yard was very well equipped with lots of things to do so we ended up hanging out with our family at the property our entire stay. The pool, spa and mini golf was top notch. We will definitely come back to this property.

This was a great stay for my family and I - no unnecessary cleaning, and almost no chores at the end, and Wesley's home was beautiful! Loved the stay and we had so much fun outside at the putting range, and karaoke in the living room. Great place!

Beautiful home with literally every amenity and item you'd need for a home. Well stocked kitchen with quality items and even home conveniences like ziploc baggies. Gorgeous rooms with plush bedding and towels. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and temperature. Back yard was spectacular with lots to do. Private yard where you could enjoy the space but not be heard by neighbors. Responsive hosts for all needs. Quick communication and resolutions. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a great stay! My favorite thing about our stay was that the house had everything we needed from amenities to soap. The instructions were so helpful and the host was so responsive. We would love to come back.
