- Keep voices and music moderate, especially outdoors.
- Move any late-night gatherings indoors during quiet hours.
- Persistent disturbances may involve local authorities per Frisco’s noise ordinance.
Guest Limit
- Maximum occupancy: 11 guests
- All overnight guests must be registered in your reservation.
- No unregistered or additional guests without prior approval.
Events and Parties
- No parties, events, or external guests are allowed.
- This home is meant for family vacations and small group getaways only.
- Commercial filming or photography requires written consent.
Pool and Spa Use
Enjoy the private pool and spa responsibly by following these guidelines:
- No glass containers outside — use provided plasticware.
- No running or diving near the pool.
- Keep food and drinks out of the pool.
- Don’t tamper with pool equipment or remove the vacuum. (Fee starts at $150 for damage.)
- Close umbrellas and store pool floats after use.
- Turn off the spa after each use to preserve filtration.
- Outdoor areas are monitored for safety.
Mini-Golf Area
- Handle all mini-golf gear with care.
- Avoid food or drinks on the course.
- Return clubs and balls to storage after play.
- Respect the lighting and landscaping — this is one of the home’s most unique features!
Smoking and Vaping
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.
- Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
- Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- A cleaning fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
