Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM. You’ll use a smart lock for self check-in, so there’s no need to coordinate in person.

The property accommodates up to 11 guests, plus infant gear if needed. Pets are not allowed at all times.

No. No parties, events, or external guests may be hosted on the property. Only registered guests are permitted.

Quiet hours run 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. No gatherings outside (front yard, back patio, etc.) are allowed during these hours. If noise becomes excessive, hosts or neighbors may intervene, and your reservation could be canceled without refund.

  • No glass items outside — use provided plasticware.

  • No smoking indoors; outdoor smoking allowed with proper disposal.

  • No running, diving, food or drink inside the pool.

  • Don’t tamper with pool equipment; misuse may incur a fee.

  • Umbrellas must be closed after use; damage caused by open umbrellas may result in replacement fees.

  • Pool floats should be stored inside the garage and hung on hooks to dry.

  • Return the outdoor movie projector screen upright after use.

  • The spa should not remain on for extended periods, as it shares filters with the pool system

No. All linens, towels, and household supplies must remain on-site. Any missing or damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit or charged via your booking platform.

Trash and recycling are picked up every Tuesday by 7:00 AM. Bins must be placed curbside the night before, spaced at least three feet apart, and fully closed. Items outside the bin or overfilled bins will not be collected.

The property includes multiple exterior security cameras (at the front door, yard, pool area, driveway, and sides of the home). Inside, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are installed and maintained.

Cancellation terms depend on your booking dates. Enter your trip dates when booking to see your specific cancellation window. For direct bookings, we offer partial refunds if cancellations are made within the allowed timeframe.

Guests accept responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or damages arising during their stay. The host is not liable for personal loss or harm.
